Post Learning idioms and phrasal verbs

Hi,
What is the best way to learn idioms and phrasal verbs? I often find it difficult to remember them. Is there any tools/techniques that can help.
Thanks

Learn a few at a time, choose ones you like or think will be useful, practise them and don't despair if you forget them.
