Default Possessive case vs Contracted is

Is it possible to say: " Mary's at home now" or it could be confused with the Possessive case? Thanks a lot for your answer.

Mary's at home now is a perfect use of contracted is.
This can not be confused with possessive case, because it is followed by the preposition "at".
