Closed questions

Hi, teachers,
This morning I've seen Abdulcholik's question on "Future tense". Why is it closed? I looked through the rules of the forum, but found no answer.
I wonder who is entitled to close questions and for what reasons.

No idea- I replied to it. It's open now. Threads are closed when people start fighting and things like that. I think it may just have been a glitch- I didn't close it.

As basic policies, we delted spam and ban those that post it, and close threads that have descended into flaming. Otherwise, we try to let things balance themselves out. I honestly don't know what happened to this particular thread.
