It takes a lot of practice. The best way is to practice with a native speaker or someone else who has mastered English.

after i always talk with my flat mate, i make a big improvement in listening and spoken,but spelling and grammer.........rubbish!

nobody care about my grammar except in assignment. so i think it's not easy to improve anymore. bcos my course is not english~~~
