    Default pull it down?

Your house is blown away in a high wind, but you had been wanting to rebuild it anyway and hadn't money enough to pull it down. Now you can rebuild.

What is the meaning of this paragraph?

    Could anyone explain it?

    Hi Gary,
Pull down = destroy. You had no money to destroy it, now the wind has done it.
    Cheers

blow away - if something blows away, or if the wind blows something away, that thing moves from its usual place because the wind blows it

pull down - to destroy a building or other structure because it is not being used or it is not wanted any more

There was a strong wind which destroyed your house. But,there is nothing to worry about it. The wind actually helped you. You wanted to destroy it and build it again. But, you didn't have enough money to destroy it. Now the wind has done it for you. So, you can build it again.
