Default Improving my english

Dear all,
I need an advice in improving my active use of English.
I live in non-English speaking country but as a student of medicine most my textbooks and study material is in English. I speak English fairly well and understand all the technical literature I need.
The problem is that I work as a translator from Arabic and Russian to Hebrew and sometimes from English also. I would like to broaden my skills to translating into English and I feel that my vocabulary and formulation are not that good.
Any ideas how can I work on it ?

Thanks a lot in advance

Post a few things you have questions about. Then we can find out if there is anything you have problems with or need improvement on.

The same problem here! I am one of the last students who can't speak english very well, but I'm trying to improve it. Last holiday I found an English friend and now I'm writing him a lot. It really helps me to understand English and stuff...

May I just say that your written English is pretty good, which is a great head-start!
