"A yield of" is correct, because the word "yield" does not start with a vowel.
In fact, questions of this type can be answered by using the Internet. If you google "a yield of", you get over a million returns, but if you google "an yield of", you get only around 10,000 returns, which means the former is correct, for most people use it.
