So she's getting better every day, from the day she started being sick.

    Can I say that actually? I mean: ain't I?
Is that the same as: am I not?

To be sure, there are those who frown on ain't I, but it is widely used as a colloquial expression.

You can say it three ways:
So I'm right, am I not?
    So I'm right, , aren't I?

So I'm right, ain't I? (This one is thought to be colloquial by some, though it is very common in spoken English. It is less acceptable in written)
