I don't know the individual well enough to know if he or she is a good tutor. I do know that I would change LEARN & IMPROVE YOUR CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH to IMPROVE YOUR CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH. (And I probably wouldn't use all caps.)

Am I missing something?
