Please tell me which website provides this index which can do the calculation for you. Also WHat are the disadvantages of using this index?

Is that something for analysis of readability? In any case, I believe it is discussed on the website. Perhaps someone will post a link to it.

The index gives you a rough idea, but it is only a guide.
