can anyone tell me what it means yet i these two sentense
1we have yet to discove whether there are any survivor from the place crash
2 I have yet to speak to the personnel manager to discuss my future

In other wprds, up to the present time the following have not been dealt with:

1. Discover whether there are...
2. Speak to the personnel manager...

You could paraphrase "We have yet to" and "I have yet to" in this way,

1. We still haven't dealt with...
2. I still haven't dealt with...
