Default Re: English

You become a fluent English speaker the same way you became a fluent Urdu (or whatever your native language is) speaker---practice every day.

Try to mimic the voices you hear on television or radio, and have practice conversations with your friends. You can rehearse situations such as asking for directions, ordering food in restaurants, or seeking help in stores, then go out and interact with the native speakers.

Oh, did I mention, practice, practice, practice.

Most of all, be patient and persistent.
