Smile how can i talk english with fluency?

hi i am andrys, i am from venezuela, i need to help, because i want to speak english with fluency, please i need some tips about that, thanks.

you can go to an institute
and there are websites for learning English easily .. search for them on Google

Hi Andrys

If, when you write "fluency", you mean that you want it to be easier to speak in English, then the best tip is:
Practice, practice, and more practice!
.
Even if you have no one to talk to, you can still practice by singing in English, reading out loud, or even talking to yourself.

If your PC has a microphone and speakers, you might try finding some like-minded people online (i.e., people who also want to practice speaking English) and have live, online conversations with them (using Yahoo! Voice or Skype, for example).
