'You must think us strange!'
Is it correct to use 'us' in this sentence? "You must think us strange, don't you?" of course meaning "You must think we are strange, don't you?"Or is it just another way of talking that is not really correct?
Can one say that?

You can do the same with other pronouns, even the impersonal it:
You must think it strange that he didn't even acknowledge your mail.
You must think me stupid.

Cool
!!! But I guess it wwould be wrong to use it in a question form like, for example "Do you think me stupid?"

Not wrong - people would understand you. But it'd be better to use the more direct 'Do you think I'm stupid?' (or [for the 'stupid' meaning], more colloquially, 'Do you think I was born yesterday?' or 'What kind of [a] fool do you take me for?')
