French and English will easily be mixed up not only by spellings but also the pronunciation. My English is getting poor because I have been learning French myself for almost two years. Before that, I would like read fictions in English all the time.

May I offer a couple of suggestions?

Say:

The word insensible might seem to mean not sensible, but it doesn't. Instead, it means something more like insensitive (in the sense of not being able to feel anything).

It is true that English even tho it is a Germanic language has derived more than half of its vocabulary from French, so there is some possibility of confusion. Still, the pronunciations are almost never the same. (The word English came from Angles, one of the Germanic tribes which invaded Britain beginning in 449. Those tribes were the Angles, the Saxons, and the Jutes.)

Casiopea - in fact she not a pea at all. She should be a bean, or even a seed for sowing plants which emanating aroma. There is a famous comedy called Mr. Bean!

Tdol - If I remember correctly, it is an English brand name for making shirts! I think he is my Idol!

Ronbee - As I have mentioned before, he works as hard as a working bee! He has set a score of hitting 5,000 postings.

Eric - He is Chinese and a cynic like me! He hates communists very much but he can't change the system with his bare hands.

Red5 - the administrator- whenever someone talks about Red, it reminds me Communists! In the old days, the people's of China is also called by American as Red China!
