a half-filled black bin liner
The poor DIB(dog in black)--his comfort blankie wasn't the only problem. If you were walking past his pen and saw him sitting past his pen and saw him motionless in the corner like I'd done when I first arrived, you'd probably mistake him for a half-filled black bin liner.
What is a bin liner? Is it a kind of bin or bag? Thanks.
