    Smile or any other form

All people are created equal, so there should be no discrimination in employment because of sex, age, race, or any other form.

Does the words in bold make sense to you?
    Does it sound odd?
If yes, how would you write the parallel idea? What about any other different term?
    Thanks.

    .
'Form' is not good unless you append 'of discrimination'. Certainly not 'term'. I suggest 'physical criterion' or 'physical characteristic'. There are probably other highly collocated terms that I am forgetting.

Thank you, Mister Micawber; I adore "physical criterion" and "physical characteristic." They fit into that context pretty well.
