which one is correct
i thought chocolate is uncountable
i gave her chocolate on valentine
i gave her chocolates on valentine

Either is grammatically correct, but chocolate could mean a box of chocolate/a bar of chocolate, whereas chocolates would generally be taken to mean a box of chocolates.

Both/Either - depending on the context.

I love chocolates - I love the individual small sweets made of chocolate

I love chocolate - I love the foodstuff made from cacao.
