Lightbulb Is it spoken English?

I have listened that "How you going?" from some films while someone meets another one after long time. Considering spoken English, shall I use it?

You'll hear that and 'How you doing'. Some speakers say 'are' almost inaudibly, but other omit it altogether. It's fine in colloquial language.

No; that's fine too. There are dozens of variations on the theme.
