Default Comma confusion

Are there certain phrases that always include a comma?

For instance, would a comma always precede the word "although" in a sentence?

-I like him, although I'm not really sure if I want to go steady.
-I've always liked to dance in the rain, although I don't know why because I always ruin my shoes.

-He says he takes his medication faithfully, although its hard to tell whether this is true or not.

Do all these sentences need a comma in front of the world "although?" Is there any situation where you would not need a comma in front of the world "although?"

The commas would normally be used. You will find examples where people don't use the comas- punctuation is a bit chaotic in English and there's room for taste and, in many cases, not knowing.

The commas would always be used. A conjunction should always follow a comma, because a conjunction is introducing a new, related, idea that needs to be separated from the first idea.
