Should a comma be used after and
Should a comma be used after 'and' in this sentence?
Immortelle whose triple unsaturated fatty acids strengthens the cell membranes and, when combined with regenerative qualities of Helichrysum has added value of stimulating the formation of new cells.

If I were you, I would put a comma after and, and one comma before has to keep balance and make it clearer.

Re: Should a comma be used after and
No, do NOT use a comma after and. I do not like your sentence, it is a run on sentence. It is one of the worst sentences I have ever seen!! Please find my correction:
Immortelle, whose triple unsaturated fatty acids strengthen the cell membrane, and when combined with the regenerative qualities of Helichrysum, has the added value of stimulating the formation of new cells.

Rochestermary: It is one of the worst sentences I have ever seen!!
I'd hate to be in your class! It has punctuation problems, and an omission of the 'the' before "added"; hardly grounds for a ton of bricks on his head.
I notice this is your first post. Read on - but if you see that as 'the worst', you haven't left yourself much leeway for far more 'deplorable' sentences to come, after 'very worst'...

Right. In fact, this is required. You have what is called a dependent clause. This is a string of words that:
- is not a sentence.
- can be removed from the sentence it's in without changing the meaning of the sentence.
Dependent clauses always have to be set off by commas:
- on both ends, when they're in the middle of a sentence. (Your example.)
- at the end, when they start a sentence.
- at the beginning, when they end a sentence.
Here's more: Independent and Dependent Clauses

I think this is a better sentence that that posted by the OP. However I would like to distance myself from these remarks by rochestermary;
