| Dear Teacher, Can I say “Person giving approval” for A person who gives approval to or agrees with a proposal (or a request) submitted to him or her? Is this word “Approver” written in any dictionary? It is because “Approver” is not available in any dictionaries? Thank you. Kind regards, Piak |

| I wouldn't use it- the person who gives approval would have a different job title, which would depend on the context. |
