Yes, though I would probably write "big, black bags under". Around means all round, I usually "bags" are under the eyes.

Thanks, Anglika, for your remarks, but I forgot to tell you to focus on saw and have. Are there any problems with sequence of tense?

"Saw" is fine, but it should say "had" instead of "have."
