2-Ability to prepare outline for business course:

3-having contacts in market for developing business material:

4-Have an Idea about the difference between academic materials and training materials

Question #3 should be capitalized (just as the rest are). Other than that, I don't particularly see any problems.

Perhaps somebody else will also have an opinion.

Would 'Have' work better in number 3? When 'have' means 'possess' we normally don't use progressive forms.
