Default Kindly correct the following sentences


"Please note that our sub-contractor has recently built some rooms near the main entrance and installed some compound wall lights as well, its also need more power as well as our portakabin.

The problem is that it is a run-on sentence. Here's one possible fix, though maybe not the best one:

"Please note that our sub-contractor has recently built some rooms near the main entrance and installed some compound wall lights as well. It also needs more power, as does our portakabin."
