    Are these sentences correct or natural?
    She"ll go to Japan,shopping
    She"ll go to Japan for shopping.
    She"ll go shopping in Japan,

    The third option is right if you correct the punctuation, like this:
    She'll go shopping in Japan.
    You can also say, "She'll go to Japan to shop.

    'She'll go to Japan for shopping' doesn't sound very natural to me. It might work if you added 'some shopping'.
