Be it
I want to make sentences by using "be it" as follow.
1) Kindly feel free to let me know if you have any problem, be it personal or business related, I will do my best to help you.
2) Kindly feel free to let me know if you have any problem, be it personal or not, I will do my best to help you.
3) Kindly feel free to let me know if you have any problem, be it business related or not, I will do my best to help you.
- Are the above sentence correct?
- I am trying to express the same meaning in the above sentences. Are the above underlined phrases interchangeable?
Thanks.

Except for lack of an conjunction, they are otherwise all right.
