any I do my best to improve my english, but unfotrunately I can't speak fluently.
In fact I really want it.
How to reach the best results, i would like to do it as soon as possible. I read a lot, whatch TV in english. I do it during last 4 months but I'm not satisfied. What shall I do? please give me advice

I had the same problem as you. Now I am in Malta in an English school. I think, that is the best way, because you have to talk english here, and so learn it very fast.
