Default as with

how can we grasp the meanings of this structure:
as with + (noun phrase), full sentence
[as with much theorists, i (don't) agree that it is true].

As with much theorists- this is wrong. Try 'as with many theories', then it means that in addition to this current theory, there are many others that you don't think are right.

yes u r right, it was my fault.but i mean does the phrases which begin with "as with" refer to the subject or object of the next sentence( when reference to both is semsntically correct) :
"As with many of them ,i agree that it is true.".
To which it refers?

'Them' would have to point backwards to an earlier reference in the text, not a later one.

excuse me but i mean that in this sentence:
As with many of them,I agree that it is true .
which of these interpretation is true:
1- I,(as with many of them) , agree that it is true .
2- I agree that it (as with many of them) is true .

As Bob said, much is a typo.

As (I am) with many theorists, I (don't) agree that it is true.

The second makes it clearer; the first sounds as if you are agreeing with other people who have alrerady been mentioned. I would, however, put commas arround it.

It could be- if the reference is not clear. If the previous sentence mentioned both theorists and theories, then it certainly could be.
