acne is the leison which teenagers due to some hormonal change find mostly on their face neck or elsewhere .they are red and sometimes infected. they usually removed by making older.
spot is a general term which i think refers to some permanent discolouration of skin like navus

Thank you --- nimsooze
But I think your explanation is not enough.
I hope some others could help me in understanding.

Acne is the overall skin condition that causes outbreaks of lesions and pustules.

A pimple is an individual pustule, or raised bump, on the skin as a result of acne. If you saw someone with a lot of pimples on his face, you might say to yourself, "He suffers from acne."

"Spot" is British slang for a pimple. Pimples are also called "zits" in American English, but never "spots."
