Hello gary-are you by any chance studying dermatology???

'itching' is the feeling which makes you want to scratch
'eczema' is an inflammatory condition of the skin attended with itching and the exudation of serous matter
'rash' is a skin eruption, example when you're allergic to strawberries and you eat them, you get a rash all over your body, (red)
'blotch' is a skin eruption or blemish. A rash is made of red blotches (I think)
'blister' is what you get when you wear new, uncomfortable shoes or when you get burnt. It is a thin vesicle on the skin, containing watery matter or serum, as from a burn or other injury.
