    Default need your explanation!

    Hello teachers and experts,

I deadly need your expertise. Please enlighten me the following two sentences.

#1 After arriving at home, I did't feel like eating my dinner.

#2 After having arrived at home, I didn't feel like eating my dinner.

So could you please point out the difference between them.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

I'd also suggest saying "Having arrived at home..."

Agreed. I'm not sure how or why the at snuck in there, but I wish it hadn't.
