Jourans are from the planet jupiter. Jourons have 7 arms but only 2 fingers on each arm. How do i teach a jouon to count upto 20 in binary numbers?

I never teach any Jupiteran but I think you can teach him/her like that.
We know that:
2^0=1
2^1=2
2^2=4
2^3=8
2^4=16
2^5=32
2^6=64
2^7=128.
......
......
......
Jourans's 2 hands have 2 fingures means 2^2 = 4
So 5 times his/her 2 hands having 2 fingures means : 5 ( 2^2 ) = 5 X 4 = 20
I know it is not very good answer so I will tell you later a professional Math teacher's answer.![]()
I think the code is 00010100, and that the Jouran/Jouron finger count is as follows: 00|10, 10|00, 00|10, or rather, first finger 0, second finger 4, next hand, first finger 16, second finger 0, back to the other hand, first finger 0, second finger 20.Originally Posted by LndWh

I'm not sure if that's right, but I tried. :)
Wouldn't they be called Jupi[ch]urians?![]()
Cas, haven't you got an extra arm there? Would it be 0010100?![]()
Residents of Jupiter are, I think, called Jovians. Of course, there aren't any, so it's a moot point.
:)
How do you know?![]()
