Hello Ali

Would you like to try first? Then we'll check them.

(Here's a clue: the phrases "in ten years" and "in less than a century" both refer to the future.)

All the best,

MrP

Welcome, ali20.

The phrase In ten years refers to future time. So, should you use took, take or will take?

1-In ten years, flights from New York to Tokyo__________more than two hours.

The phrase In less than a century also refers to future time. So, should you
use melt/disappeared, melts/disappear or will melt/will disappear?

2-In less than a century, global warming_______most of the polar ice caps and many coastal cities___________.

All the best.
