What does 'Super Trooper' mean from a famous ABBA's song?

I found this at super trouper (English translation glossary) Idioms / Maxims / Sayings,

'As the ABBA Magazine described it in their December 1980 issue, “’Super Trouper’ is the name given by lighting crews to the biggest spotlight in the theatre or circus”. I don’t know the origin of this nickname, but I don’t think it actually comes from a brand name “Trouper”.'

Note that,

A trooper is a mounted soldier or police officer and, in the United States, a state police officer; a trouper is a member of an acting company, especially an experienced, steady, dependable actor. The term is extended in that elevated sense: any solid performer (not just an actor) is a trouper.

It is a funny thing for Russian native speakers. A long time ago there was a broadcaster Seva Novgorodtsev on the Russian service at the London BBC radio station. He presented this song as 'a song about an excellent commando soldier'. As I see today, it was a joke based on equivocality 'trooper-trouper'.

Right. Y'all is a contraction of you + all. It means everyone. The last part ya hear is you hear. It's a tag question like, won't you? The word hear is synonymous with understand, just like see, as in, do you see?, Do you understand?

Y'all come back now, ya hear? is a very friendly way of saying, Please visit again.
