If I use the sentence "Thanks for your clarification" is it right? If yes then how does the sentence agreement work, if not which is the right one? and why is it right?
Given that 'thanks' is understood as 'thank you', then it would generally be seen as a complete sentence. However, 'thank you' might be more appropriate in writing, especially formal.
