I say "one hundred and ten", "one hundred and thirteen". Can we read the number without "and"? Is this correct? One hundred ten.

I leave out "and" sometimes, but that's because I know it's there. It's always there, which is one of the reasons speakers, like me, leave it out now and then. It's more efficient that way, wouldn't you agree?
If I'm teaching numbers, especially to new learners, I don't leave "and" out. ;-)
