    Talking Letter Greeting

How does one address multiple people in their greeting header?

For example: I am writing a letter directed towards Mark, Pete, Sara, Julie, and Kim; How should I write the greeting

    i.e.

    Dear All, (?)

    or

Dear Mark, Pete, Sara, Julie, and Kim,

    pls advise

    thanks

Are Mark and the rest friends? If so, I don't really think it's important how you greet them. With Dear all or Hello all you're sure not to leave anybody out. When I write Christmas cards (a once in a year thing) I like to mention all by name to show that I do remember them. When I'm not sure I remember the names well (sons of friends, you know) I just write 'all' or 'and family' or 'all at home'.
Actually this problem had never occurred to me before. Let's wait for other comments.
