What does "got perforated" mean int he following passage:

All of a sudden, leather is available because the mills are making it more available and there are leather suppliers and they’re doing interesting things with leather, so all of a sudden everyone’s got perforated in their collection.

I'm not a fashion expert so I can only guess that leather is being "perforated", ie. have holes poked/cut in it as some sort of fashion design feature.
