Post Phrasal verbs

Hello, my name is Laura I want to know what is a good way to memorize the phrasal verbs, and how I can pratice them in my speaking because sometimes I can't use very well. Thanks for your help!

The best way to remember them is to use them in your everyday speech. Take about 10 phrasal verbs for a week, from time to time have a look at them and try to practice making sentences with them. As for me memorizing isn't a good way to remember them. You can learn them for a short period of time and then you'll forget them.
