| If you start Dear Mr Bloggs, you should sign off "Yours sincerely". If you start Dear Sir/Madam, you should sign off "Yours faithfully". I don't think this changes if you use "we" or "I'. Keith |

| That's exactly how I know it but I'm sure we'll have other opinions. We'll be told that we're old-fashioned,perhaps? |
