    Default Explain the meaning please

    I've recently come across a sentence and can't get the meaning of it. Could anyone please help me?

    Such books seldom indicate that the meaningful relations between the parts of this construction more often THAN NOT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH POSSESSION.

    It is more frequent for the parts of the construction to be connected by something that has nothing to do with possession than to be conected by possession.

    What's the structure?
