Speak English

Hi this is Manan, I am a english medium student........but I am ashamed of myself.......because I know everything about English language but I am not able to speak it......everytime I try to speak....I mess it up like anything............the problem is when I am about to deliver my speech...I forget words that should me accomodated in my sentence to make it perfect and than I loose my confidence....so please give me solution to speak english fluently......

There is no simple solution to this- learning a language is a large job and takes most people a long time. However, we all forget words when we're trying to speak another language- you should focus more on getting your message across and not worry so much about making mistakes, which is normal.
