Question sentence analysis

Dear Teacher,
Coud you please help me to analise those sentence?
"what 's left of me" (SVC?)
"i'm all out of love" (SVC?)
"moving on without you" (SVC or SVA?)
"we congratulated on her success" (SVC or SVA?)
My teacher says that there are 2 ways to analise the sentence"we saw it in the sack". I can find out only one case that it is an SVOA.
Is there any other case to analise it?
"take me to your heart",i think it shoud be an SVOC but my teacher says that it is an SVOO, a great difference from what i've thought.
How to identify a prepositional phrase (PP) as a complement of a sentence?
Is it after linkin verb only?
He looks "like his father",PP
I do feel "like loving you tonight", PP
Somtimes, it really make me confused to analise English sentence.

Moving on without you- not a sentence; where's the main verb?
we congratulated on her success- incomplete- you have to congratulate someone on their success
