| Is the below sentence OK? "I have a piano lesson every Monday." Usually piano students take lessons continuously. If so, should I use the plural form of "lessons"? Considering the word "every" is used in the sentence, I think I should use singular rather than plural form unless the person takes more than one lessons on Monday. Am I right? Thank you for your help |

| Thank you very much for your reply. We Japanese don't use plural form very often, though we have some. Usually we just put numbers or words like "many" before a noun and don't change the form of the noun into plural form. I always think there should be something difficult about the use of singular or plural form but things usually turn out to be easier than I think Anyway, thank you for you help. I really appreciate it. |
