Cool correct sentences

The following sentences may look simple to those who know English very well,but they are not to me.Feedback is very much appreciated to see whether the sentences are correct:

1. My daughter's examination results are satisfactory.

2. His health conditions are satisfactory.

3. I am not satisfied with my exam. result ( one result of exam).

4. They are not satisfied with your explanation(s).

They all look fine to me. I only have one doubt - maybe ...health condition is....
