trace, trail ,track, shadow when taking about following someone secretly i think those words above are used. Do they have G the same genEral meaning?which one of them is the most comMon in spoken English?

Teacher Re: trace, trail ,track, shadow I wouldn't use 'trace' for following a person, but you can 'trace someone's movements'.
