what's the meaning of bright flavor
Hi, any tell me what's meaning of "bright flavor". I found it in ad for coffee and other foods, but I can't find the exact meaning for its use in this way, I mean for food. In the dictionary, bright is mainly for character, light, color, not for flavor. So what kind of flavor is bight? Can someone describe it for me?
Thx.

Re: what's the meaning of bright flavor
Welcome, toexu.
I could be wrong but I believe it means bitter yet sweet (e.g. coffee), sour yet sweet (e.g., grapefruite or lemon-lime), tart yet sweet (e.g., apple cider), and so on.
