I need help with Medical English

I am a French doctor and my English is not so good. When I am going to international conferences I am having troubles to understand everything and speaking. Who is teaching medical English ? What about books or websites?
What to do for improving my English ? Some advise please.

You should read lots of English medical journals

I do it already. Reading is OK (even writing). I mean it is different to read and understand speaking and speak. My problem is oral English.

It is specially for spoken English so might be just what you are looking for.
