I am a French doctor and my English is not so good. When I am going to international conferences I am having troubles to understand everything and speaking. Who is teaching medical English ? What about books or websites?
What to do for improving my English ? Some advise please.

You should read lots of English medical journals

I do it already. Reading is OK (even writing). I mean it is different to read and understand speaking and speak. My problem is oral English.

I am a French doctor too, working in the UK. The best thing I can suggest to you is a website Talking Medicine
It is specially for spoken English so might be just what you are looking for.

Try these three sites for a start:

Medical English online exercises and games. Course suitable for doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
MedlinePlus: Interactive Health Tutorials
Talking Medicine
