The best way to learn English is to speak with others who know the language rather well and have patience with accents, etc....

Best way to speak and learn fluent english is by reading as much literture as possible. Instead of speaking your non english language in your household, speak english instead. Also there are a lot of software available, even some that you can download of the internet. Wish you the best.
